Welcome to Nawaab Biryani. By accessing our website and placing an order via WhatsApp or Phone, you agree to the following terms:
All orders placed via the WhatsApp link are considered "intent to purchase."
An order is only confirmed once a Nawaab Biryani representative acknowledges it via chat or phone call.
By messaging us, you consent to receive communication regarding your specific order status.
Prices listed on our website or digital menu are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice due to seasonal ingredient costs.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and [Optional: Fonepay/eSewa]. Payment must be completed at the time of delivery.
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided during order confirmation. However, delays due to traffic, weather, or high order volume may occur.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. If the rider cannot contact you within 10 minutes of arrival, the order may be canceled.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placement. Once the food is being prepared, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds: As we serve perishable food, we do not offer "returns." However, if the order is incorrect or quality is compromised, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo of the issue for a partial/full refund or replacement.
Customers agree to use our WhatsApp channel for business inquiries only.
Abusive language, spamming, or fraudulent orders will result in a permanent block from our services and may be reported to WhatsApp.
Nawaab Biryani is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of this website or delays in delivery services.
